The company was founded in 1946 by Mr. Antonio Pinacho, in Oiartzun (Guipúzcoa) who originated and developed the Pinacho lathe. The Pinacho conventional lathes were technologically very advanced for their time and quickly developed into a quality product in a very short time, and represented a large part of the international market before moving to Monzón (Huesca) in 1961. The company moved again to larger purpose built premises in Castejón del Puente (Huesca) in 1985 where the production of the Pinacho lathes continue to this day.

Juan Antonio and Isaac Pinacho, after receiving a complete technical and practical training in all aspects of the business by their father, took over the running of company in 1990, and were quickly joined by their sisters Yolanda and Dina Pinacho continuing the family tradition in the business.
